In the latest development of the ongoing legal battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, a judge has indicated a leaning towards siding with Brad Pitt.

The dispute revolves around their French winery Chateau Miraval, and the recent hearing saw Judge Lia Martin expressing readiness to support a motion filed by Brad Pitt.

This motion seeks to compel Angelina Jolie to disclose all the non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) she has entered into since their marriage in 2014, including those signed by her staff.

According to reports from MailOnline, Angelina's attorneys expressed disagreement with the tentative ruling.

Lawyer Paul Murphy urged the judge to consider various factors, including limiting the release of NDAs signed by Jolie only in 2020 to 2021, and excluding those related to her companies.

However, Judge Martin emphasized that she did not view the matter as a question of character and highlighted the possibility of agreements with terms similar or dissimilar to be in place.

She clarified that the court was not making any findings at that point about the admissibility of the documents.

In a recent filing, Brad Pitt alleged that Angelina Jolie had instructed their former security guard, Tony Webb, to prevent their children from speaking to him during custody visits.

Furthermore, the filing claimed that Angelina had attempted to use non-disclosure agreements to intimidate her security team into remaining silent.

The documents detailed an incident where Angelina's personal assistant contacted the security boss, warning about contractors preparing to give evidence in a family court case, which he cautioned would violate their NDAs.

One contractor, Ross Foster, who had worked on Brad and Angelina's 2015 film 'By The Sea', reportedly pledged to testify if subpoenaed by the court, regardless of the NDA.

Tony Webb stated, "When Mr. Foster told me this, he also told me that if asked, he would testify about statements he overheard that Ms. Jolie made to the children, encouraging them to avoid spending time with

Mr. Pitt during custody visits."

He further claimed that his company was terminated by Angelina after two employees testified, and he subsequently began working for Brad.

Brad Pitt's lawyer, John Berlinski, accused Angelina of using NDAs in an improper manner to silence her security detail and prevent them from testifying truthfully in court about what occurred behind closed doors.

He drew parallels between these claims and Jolie's previous allegations that Pitt had improperly used a non-disclosure agreement to silence her.

In response, Angelina Jolie alleged in a recent motion that Brad Pitt had a history of abuse towards her prior to the well-publicized 2016 plane incident that marked the end of their marriage.

This incident involved allegations of Pitt being intoxicated and aggressive during a flight from France to California.

The legal wrangle also extends to the ownership of their French winery. In October 2021, Angelina sold her share of the winery to Tenute del Mondo, a subsidiary of Stoli Group.

Subsequently, Brad Pitt filed a lawsuit in 2022, claiming that she had violated an agreement they had made not to sell without mutual approval.

The ongoing legal dispute between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continues to unfold with new developments and allegations emerging from both sides.

As the legal proceedings progress, it remains to be seen how the court will ultimately rule on the various motions and claims put forth by both parties.
